Financial Policy

Children of Fallen Soldiers’ Education Fund relies on private donations from individuals for its entire funding. It is operated by Decision Analyst, Inc., a private firm that donates all of the staff and resources necessary for operation.  One hundred percent of all donations go directly into scholarship funds.

Children of Fallen Soldiers’ Education Fund will use contributions with efficiency. Our donors' money is put directly to work for the people who need it most–children and dependents of American soldiers who have given their lives or their health for our country.

Children of Fallen Soldiers' Education Fund is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax deductible in the United States (Exempt identification number: 800251914).
